Return & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order free of charge before the order has been processed, printed, or shipped.
Once an order has entered production, customization, printing, or shipping preparation, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must include all original packaging and tags
- Customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Customized & Personalized Jerseys
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
- Jerseys with custom names or numbers
- Personalized printing requests
- Special made-to-order products
- Customized patches or modifications
Please carefully review all customization details before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
We will review the case and provide a replacement or suitable resolution when applicable.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
